Information Necessary to Order Grace Richey Clarke Shades:
- Shade Style (pattern number), Color, and Density (if applicable).
- Overall finished shade size for Outside Mount or tight measurements for Inside Mount shades. Measurements are to be given in Width X Length. For Inside Mount shades, the factory will take 3/8” overall deduction unless otherwise directed.
- Control Length, Location and Type: i.e. Right Clutch Control*, or Left Cord Lock.
- Lining, and if any, type and color*.
- Valance: 6” is standard. Please specify if other valance size is needed*.
- Special Lead Time. Please specify if shades are needed by any particular date. We do our best to meet our clients’ timing needs*.
- Window frame depth and desired headboard size. For cord lock controlled shades, 1.5” is standard, but many windows require 7/8” headboard. Please specify if a narrow board is required.
Asterisk denotes Optional Item.
We recommend that if multiple shades are to be ordered, they are ordered at the same time, as dye lots can vary slightly from order to order. Though instances of shrinkage are rare, all shades are finished with 3” of extra fiber at the header and the hem, and can be adjusted if such instance occurs.
